Rescheduling, Cancellations & Access
There will be a $40 late or cancellation fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit after 12:00 noon the business day before your visit. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.

If you or any member of your family will be home sick on your scheduled service day with any contagious illness, please cancel your appointment. If you are sick and cancel your appointment you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will do our best to fit you in on another day as soon as possible.

If you do not cancel your appointment and someone is home sick with a contagious illness we will not service your home that day.

Referral Program
Make one of your friends a customer and receive $10 off your next appointment. There is no limit to the number of discounts you can receive.

Holidays
We do not clean on the following holidays. You will receive a confirmation of your rescheduled appointment.
